Information we collect
arcasai collects account and business information, configuration, integration identifiers, customer conversations, appointment activity, support requests, and service usage needed to operate the Front Office platform. Call recordings are disabled by default. When a customer enables recording or transcription, callers must receive the configured disclosure.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate users, provide requested communication and scheduling services, secure and improve the platform, measure usage, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
arcasai uses infrastructure, communications, AI, calendar, email, analytics, and payment providers to deliver the service. Information is shared only as needed for the configured feature and subject to provider and customer settings.
Customer responsibilities
Business customers control the information they submit and the communications they configure. They are responsible for providing required notices, obtaining consent, maintaining accurate policies, and responding to customer privacy requests for data they control.
Retention and security
We retain information only while needed for the service, security, contractual, or legal purposes. We use access controls, encryption, monitoring, backups, and tenant isolation. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting privacy@arcasai.com. We may need to verify identity and retain limited records where legally required.
Healthcare data
The general service is not intended for protected health information and is not represented as HIPAA compliant. Healthcare use requires a separate written agreement and approved environment.
